Last weekend I saw the Brian Setzer Orchestra and they were GREAT.
I highly recommend catching them - the best sounding live music I've
ever heard. A very fun show and they even played some Stray Cats tunes.
The next night I went to Marilyn Manson for a complete
opposite in terms of music and crowd, but once again I was pretty
impressed. The band really sounded good and Marilyn is an excellent
showman/woman. They only played for 85 minutes, but since I'm wasn't
a huge fan, I heard most of the tunes I knew. The live show
convinced me to buy some of their older music. I look forward to seeing
them again. I've heard rumors that they might tour with Hole.
